Beachmere Markets & Bazaars have been a great source of both exposure for the Satellite groups produce and team building behind the scenes for the Satellite club. It is wonderful to have Ann Richardson and Kim and Jamaine Thornton in Brisbane area to establish markets for this produce. Great work! Local members also have taken to the markets recently the markets in the mountain.
What happens behind the scenes is amazing.
The Satellite team collects the food from various sources that would otherwise be dumped and together at David and Ros's turn it into amazing products bottled and ready for market. Half of what is made goes to Foodbank, the other half is sold which raises money for the local community and pays for the bottles for the next time. "Amazing".
