Loving the puddles I stepped out of the ute at the Ballandean Store this morning into a puddle, haven't done that in a while. JHRain varies from 60 to 110 mm around the district.
Lots of great stories and smiles at the BBQ this morning. Some 207 people were booked in to pick up their 1,000 litres but nearly half cancelled because their drinking tanks are now full.
Enormous benefit to the apple crop. Gala variety will still suffer some size and quality issues.
Not huge run off into dams yet and no real flow in any creeks. But wet ground is setting it up for the next bit of rain to produce some run off hopefully.
